Summer Assistant - Regulatory Compliance (Fixed term - 12 weeks)

Te Tūranga - The Role:

Our Regulatory Compliance team is working on data collection, validation and entry, and we need your help!

If you love data management then this could be the job for you. We need someone who can find, validate and enter data accurately. The role is office, desk-based so you need to be comfortable working inside on a computer each week. The work will contribute to improving air quality in the Bay of Plenty region.

You’ll be joining the Regulatory Compliance team who undertake the administration and enforcement of air quality, water quality/quantity, and major earth works - to protect the environment.

Ngā Pūkenga, ngā wheako - Your Skills & Experience:

• We're looking for someone who is naturally meticulous, enjoys working with data, and takes pride in getting things right. You'll be persistent in tracking down information, thorough in checking its accuracy, and careful when recording it in the appropriate systems.
• Not necessary to hold a current driver's licence.

This position will be located in Whakatāne.
